    CONST3LLATION is a curated marketplace connecting Web3 projects with verified service providers. We facilitate discovery, booking, and reviews — but we are not a party to any agreement between clients and providers.

    3. User Accounts

    You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

    4. Provider Listings

    All providers are reviewed before listing. However, CONST3LLATION does not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of any service provided by listed providers. We act as a discovery platform, not a guarantor.

    5. Reviews & Content

    Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms. By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    You may not: impersonate others, submit false information, manipulate reviews, scrape the Platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    CONST3LLATION is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between clients and providers.

    8. Modifications

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
